Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items from our Mid-Season Sale collection. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and still have all tags attached before initiating your return.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your parcel at any authorized location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
